Privacy Policy

At Toronto Concert Orchestra (TCO) we take your privacy is very important to us. TCO collects personal information throughout the course of its business which it protects and safeguards in accordance with the requirements of PIPEDA, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. The TCO is responsible for all personal information in its possession and remains responsible when personal information is processed by third parties on its’ behalf.

Terms & Conditions

Concert tickets and packages are final sale. There are no refunds or cancellations.

• VIP Tickets may be exchanged at least 96 hours (Friday 8pm) prior to the concert. General Admission tickets may be exchanged at least 48 hours prior to the concert date purchased. Tickets may be transferred to a charitable donation and receive a tax receipt. Tickets may only be exchanged for other concerts within the same season of works, subject to availability. TCO reserves the right to refuse exchanges into or out of any performance.

• There is a service fee of $15 per ticket purchased or exchanged through the TCO Box office phone number.

• Tickets for past performances cannot be exchanged or donated for a tax receipt.

• Ticket exchanges may be requested by emailing boxoffice@tcomusic.ca or by calling either 1 (877) 360-9352/ (437) 780-0763. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

• Artists, programs, dates, and prices are subject to change without notice. When time allows, program changes will be announced in advance of the concert.

Accessibility Information

Wheelchair seating is available through the ticketing website. Once you have purchased your ticket, please email or call the box office to notify our team. Note: there is a wheelchair ramp at the side entrance to the venue and a wheelchair-accessible washroom inside. There are approximately 10 stairs at the main entrance, so those with walkers or mobility needs may wish to use the ramp.
